Delete Your Account — bball.io

Use this page to request deletion of your bball.io account and the data associated with it. You'll need to sign in first — that's how we confirm the account is yours. Requests are handled manually by the developer, usually within a few days and within 30 days at the latest.
What gets deleted
- Your account and username.
- Your display name, skill rating, and match/shooting statistics.
- Your in-game currency and cosmetic items — including anything you purchased or earned. This cannot be undone or restored.
Settings stored only on your own device (such as volume and control preferences) are not held by us — clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app removes those. Aggregate, anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained, as may records we're required to keep for legal or anti-abuse reasons.
Playing as a guest?
If you've never created an account, we hold no username, email, or real name for you — just a random ID generated on your device. We have no way to tell which of those IDs is yours, and no way to verify a request for one. To remove that data, clear your browser's site data for bball.io (or uninstall the app).
